MEET Miranda
Miranda Zhang will work for you, and work with you, to serve your real estate needs. As a seasoned agent, she has the proven ability to learn and understand a client’s needs and expectations, and the patience and expertise to make it happen.
Miranda began her real estate career in 2007 in Los Angeles as a sales associate. As a proud member of The Address family, she specializes in residential sales, purchases and leasing. She works throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties thanks to her wide range of referrals from happy clients. She personally has lived in Playa Del Rey, and currently resides in Torrance, affording her knowledge of the overall market and individual neighborhoods.
Prior to real estate, Miranda worked in the hospitality industry both in China and Los Angeles. She was the preopening human resources manager for the first Marriott Hotel in the mainland China. Working for the world’s best hotel brands trained her to always think one step ahead for her clients by foreseeing their needs, and predicting ‘what’s next’ in each transaction in order to best serve them. She possesses excellent listening and communication skills, great attention to detail, and conducts all her business dealings with honesty and integrity.

Born and raised in China, Miranda graduated from Xi’an Foreign Language University. She speaks English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, and is studying Spanish. Miranda loves reading and writing. She also likes to cook, garden, and volunteer with her husband and son in DTLA’s homeless shelter.

"Miranda is by far the best agent I have ever come across. She worked tirelessly to sell our condo while we were under a deadline purchasing our new home. Anytime I needed to get ahold of her, she made herself available, and answered all of my questions. While she normally gives daily updates to clients, I informed her that I wanted up to the minute updates, and she happily obliged, informing us of new information the minute she had it.
Our buyer was new to the country and very misinformed about the way real estate works here -- the need to keep tight deadlines especially. Any other realtor would have caved under the pressure.
